Our mattresses are made-to-order and take 5-9 business days to be assembled before they are shipped (it’s not sitting in a warehouse collecting dust!). We’ll send you an email with your tracking details as soon as your mattress leaves our Dream Factory.
If you add in-home setup/removal to your order, once your mattress is delivered to you, please allow up to 7 business days for our partner to complete their service.
For any other items in your order, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each one as they ship.

How long will it take to receive my Leesa Hybrid mattress?
Our mattresses are made-to-order, so the product takes a little more time to get to you (it’s not sitting in a warehouse somewhere collecting dust!). The mattress, once compressed, will ship in a box directly to your door. We are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19, so it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your mattress. We will send you an email with your tracking details as soon as your mattress leaves the building.
Do I need a box spring or a foundation?
Choosing the right surface that supports a mattress can affect the way it feels. Our mattresses are designed to deliver their signature feel sitting on a firm, flat, and sturdy surface. Below are the best options to support your mattress:
