1. When will I receive my Leesa Pillow?
Once an order is placed, we need 3-8 business days to process the order before shipping it directly to you.
Fedex in-transit times vary from 1-5 business days depending on location. We will send you another email with your tracking details as soon as your pillow leaves the building.
2. How do I wash the Leesa Pillow?
First, remove the foam insert from the cover*. You can machine wash the cover in cool water with a mild detergent and tumble dry on low.
*Please do not attempt to wash the foam insert. If it becomes stained, spot clean with cool water and air dry at room temperature.
3. What makes the Leesa Pillow different?
The Leesa pillow is made of one piece of foam designed to maintain a specific structure to support your head and neck no matter how you sleep.
Fill pillows use a variety of materials (cotton, down, polyester, etc.) to make up the inside of a pillow but often need maintenance to keep their shape.
4. How does your return policy work?
We're confident you'll love your pillow, but if you don't you have up to 30 nights to let us know.
To return your pillow we'll send you a UPS prepaid label so you can return it to us free of charge.
5. What's inside the Leesa Pillow?
The pillow is made from high quality premium performance foam (ILD 8, Density 2.5).
The pillow cover is made from the same fabric as our iconic Leesa mattress cover which is a polyester lycra blend.
